Silver Laced Wyanottes are a black and silver chicken breed known to be very friendly and reliable when it comes to egg production. Perfect and gorgeous they are. 
Appearance: They have black and silver feather with yellow legs and they are true beauties for any backyard chicken keepers.

Tempeament:  They are friendly and docile. 
 
Egg Production:  They lay about 200-240 light brown eggs per year.  Size  Large fowl, deep breast nd backside, roosters also large fowl weighing around 8.5 pounds and hens weighing around 6.5pounds. They are very hardy breeds of chickens. Easy to manage and not too demanding. 
 
Origin:  They originated from Wisconsin, developed around 1880.
